Contact Centre Advisor
Full Time / Permanent
£18,000 per annum + £3,000 bonus

Working in a busy contact centre, this role is all about customer service and identifying opportunities.
You will take and receive calls from customers on behalf of one of the leading motor dealerships within the UK and you will talk the customer through the process of vehicle servicing and MOT’s. Ensuring the customer maintains their service schedule is critical as is the relationship the customer has with the dealer group.
A full two-week induction package is in place as in on-going training and support. This company also offers true career development and job satisfaction.
The Right Person
Customer focus, working as part of a team and being target driven are three of the key attributes you will need to be successful in this role.
IT literate, being able to identify an up-sell opportunity and ability to overcome objections also feature here.
Flexibility in working hours between 08:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday morning is also required.
